We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and insulated liners during warmer months to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect, tempered condition.

Are your chocolate products suitable for those with nut allergies?

While we offer recipes without nut ingredients, all our chocolates are produced in a facility that handles tree nuts and peanuts. Please check the 'Ingredients' tab on each product page for specific allergen information.

What is your return policy for food items?

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on chocolate products. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our guest services within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?

Yes, we have a dedicated range of vegan-friendly chocolates, including our high-cocoa dark chocolate selections and our innovative Nutmilk range made with milled hazelnuts.

Where is your cocoa sourced from?

We source our cocoa ethically through our 'Engaged Ethics' program, primarily from our own Rabot Estate in Saint Lucia as well as partner farmers in Ghana and across the cocoa belt.
