We want you to love your chocolate as much as we do, but if your order isn't quite right, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Return Process

Carefully pack the chocolates in their original gift box or sleeve, ensuring they are protected from heat and damage during transit.
- 3.Send the Parcel
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier collection point.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 7-10 business days.
